HEDGE is a community-run Solana project that routes a tiny slice of $HEDGE transfers (via Token-2022) and creator rewards from multiple launchpads into a public, auditable compensation pool. Verified victims of rug pulls or liquidity drains submit on-chain claims and receive epoch-based, pro-rata, capped payouts under a transparent rulebook. This is not a legal insurance or investment advice, it’s mutual aid with receipts.

Standards-first design: timelocked multisigs, open rulebook with public diffs, on-chain evidence requirements, and an independent review council with logged rationales. Transparency board shows live balances, pending/approved/paid claims, and decisions. Creator rewards are being sent into one shared pool, from which compensations are paid out, making rugs less painful for those who are affected by them and making accountability the default on Solana Chain.

HEDGE’s utility is functional: a small stream from creator rewards and Token-2022 transfer fees (when launched) continually tops up a public compensation pool for verified rug/LP-drain victims. Planned gHEDGE governance steers rules, budgets, and council seats.

Education-first: weekly case breakdowns, public dashboards, and AMAs/Spaces. Partnerships with launchpads and safety tools; bounty program for reviewers and evidence submissions; open data releases; multilingual content (EN/RU and other languages). Targeted ads are minimal — focus is credibility, transparency, and community co-development.

Community-run and distributed across the EU, with devs being from Lithuania, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. Small core contributor group with external security reviewers; treasury controlled by timelocked multisigs. An independent arbitration council is being assembled; signer list and contributors are published on the transparency board.
