$OPIN is a new crypto token designed to incentivise tipping and customer feedback in the service industry.The OPIN tipping model adds a minimum OPIN Fee of $0.25 to traditional cash tips, which is equivalent to 1 OPIN token.The OPIN Fee can be increased by the customer, the incentive being that customers receive an equal number of OPIN tokens to the number they give. The cash portion of the tip goes directly to the service provider, while an OPIN token is credited to their OPIN balances.In terms of revenue distribution, 60% of the OPIN Fee income is committed to $OPIN’s liquidity pool, which is used to ensure sufficient liquidity for the token. The remaining 40% of the OPIN Fee is allocated to cover operating costs and marketing expenses.It is important to note that $OPIN is targeted at individual customers and not businesses.The $OPIN solution aims to encourage customers to provide feedback on their service experience and incentivise service providers to deliver excellent customer service. This, in turn, benefits both parties and creates a win-win situation.
