The cash portion of the tip goes directly to the service provider, while an OPIN token is credited to their OPIN balances.In terms of revenue distribution, 60% of the OPIN Fee income is committed to $OPIN’s liquidity pool, which is used to ensure sufficient liquidity for the token. The remaining 40% of the OPIN Fee is allocated to cover operating costs and marketing expenses.It is important to note that $OPIN is targeted at individual customers and not businesses.The $OPIN solution aims to encourage customers to provide feedback on their service experience and incentivise service providers to deliver excellent customer service. This, in turn, benefits both parties and creates a win-win situation.
